Lick Mats - Banana

Recipe:

- Banana 🍌

Method:

1- Get all equipment (lick mat, banana, bowl, fork, butter knife)

2- Break off half the banana and place in the bowl ready to be mashed (Feel free to cut in to slices first if you would like)

3- Using the fork, mash some of the banana slices

4- Using a butter knife, spread the mashed banana

over the lick mat

Feed now or place in the fridge for later. For a more difficult challenge, you can freeze the mat for a few hours, overnight or until you would like to use it.
